Jewish Heritage Tour to Bulgaria and Greece Featured in International Travel News
The November 2014 issue of International Travel News (ITN) wrote about our summer 2015 Jewish heritage trip to Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Salonica (Thessaloniki). ITN highlighted some of the key highlights of our itinerary: the Ivan Vazov national theater in Sofia, the Sofia synagogue, the Royal Palace, the Rila monastery, Plovdiv’s Roman stadium, the Dimitar Peshev museum in Kyustendil, the Holocaust Memorial Center and the Bet Yaakov synagogue in Skopje, the Jewish Museum in Thessaloniki, and lake Ohrid in Macedonia.
